Job description: Flexible Schedule Bi-weekly Direct Deposit Bonuses

General Purpose: To provide excellent, one-on-one in-home patient care. We are looking to hire an honest, caring, and compassionate individual for this position. Essential Functions: o Assists clients with personal care and daily routein. o May assist with basic meal preparation. Help maintain a clean and safe physical environment for the client o Assists in medication reminders. o Performs and completes assigned tasks according to the assignment sheet/service plan in a timely and professional manner o Identifies and records changes in the patient/client's condition and safety to the supervisor o Completes mandatory Gentlemind Home Care in-services and provides requested documents to keep employee files current.

Job Qualification o Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older o Must have a reliable transportation o Must have a valid driver's license

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.70 per hour
