About the Role



We're looking for a

highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant

who thrives in a dynamic, project-driven environment and has a strong grasp of

social media management

. This role combines administrative support with creative coordination -- perfect for someone who enjoys switching between structured tasks and strategic content work.

You'll work directly with the company owner/executive on day-to-day operations, project follow-up, scheduling, and online communications. You'll also play a key role in maintaining and growing our

social media presence

across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities



Administrative & Executive Support



Manage calendars, emails, and scheduling with accuracy and discretion. Assist with document organization, meeting prep, and task tracking. Handle online communications and project updates with internal and external contacts. Research, summarize, and coordinate details for business initiatives and partnerships.

Social Media & Content



Draft, schedule, and post engaging content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X). Assist in planning short-form videos, posts, and brand messaging aligned with company objectives. Track performance metrics and engagement analytics. Maintain consistent brand tone and professionalism across all channels.

Skills & Qualifications



Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, dependable, and proactive. Experience managing professional social media accounts. Proficiency with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail and time management. Comfortable handling confidential information.

Preferred Experience



2+ years in an administrative, marketing, or assistant role. Familiarity with real estate, management services, or professional service firms is advantageous. Basic understanding of SEO, hashtags, and content strategy preferred.
