Responsibilities:

Ensure top-notch customer service and satisfaction Oversee daily operations and manage staff efficiently Maintain food quality and safety standards Train and mentor team members Must be able to Cut Gut and Mayo, and make sandwiches efficiently. Must be able to keep up with slicing and maintain Must be able to manage labor, count inventory and basic data entry.
