Review construction documents for accuracy and consistency prior to submission. Prepare official project communications such as transmittals and response letters. Provide weekly or bi-weekly high-level project status reports to clients. Support teammates as workloads shift, helping uphold processes and standards across client teams. Operate office technology including soft phone systems, laptops, and job-specific software. Maintain accurate daily billable hour entries. Travel locally as needed for submittals, meetings, or site visits. Adhere to all HR policies and contribute positively to team culture.
