Join our dynamic team as a Permanent Part Time Custodian! In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, located in the Greenwood, and Mooresville area's. Your efforts will ensure that our spaces are welcoming and safe for everyone. If you have a passion for cleanliness and a knack for attention to detail, while looking for just a FEW HOURS PER WEEK, we want to hear from you!

What you'll do

Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to keep all areas spotless Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and waxing to maintain high standards of cleanliness Handle commercial cleaning duties across various facilities in the Greenwood and/or Mooresville area's, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Carry out industrial cleaning tasks, addressing specific needs in different environments Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance issues promptly

Basic qualifications

Previous custodial or janitorial experience is essential Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment usage, such as back pack vacuums etc Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Must be VERY detailed oriented

Preferred qualifications

Experience in floor care techniques such as buffing and waxing Familiarity with industrial cleaning standards and practice
