Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and personalized drum instruction to students of all ages and skill levels. Develop lesson plans that cater to individual student needs and learning styles. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth. Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with percussion faculty members to enhance the overall educational experience at the school. Participate in school events, performances, and community outreach programs.

Requirements

Proven experience in teaching percussion, particularly with children. Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with students. Passion for music education and commitment to fostering student development. Ability to adapt teaching methods based on individual student needs.
