provides patients with access to cutting-edge interventional therapies, including

TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation)

,

Spravato (esketamine therapy)

, and

Vagus Nerve Stimulation (VNS)

.

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced

Per Diem Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

to join our growing clinical team. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients for diagnosis, determine suitability for advanced therapies, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Determine patient eligibility for

TMS, Spravato, and VNS

therapy. Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical staff to develop and adjust individualized treatment plans. Provide ongoing clinical oversight, medication management, and follow-up care as needed. Document all evaluations, treatment decisions, and progress notes accurately in the EHR system. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to clinical quality initiatives.

Qualifications

Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing with

PMHNP certification

. Active and unrestricted

New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license

. Minimum of

1-2 years of psychiatric practice experience

preferred. Experience with

treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, or OCD

highly desirable. Familiarity with

TMS, Spravato, or VNS

treatments preferred (training available). Experience in

addiction medicine or MAT

is an advantage. Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, patient-centered approach. Must be credentialled with most insurance companies

Schedule & Compensation

Per diem / part-time

schedule with flexibility. Competitive hourly rate based on experience. Opportunity to work with advanced psychiatric treatments and a dedicated, multidisciplinary team.
