People Operations Coordinator
to lead our recruitment efforts and provide human resources support to our growing team.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The People Operations Coordinator will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle while also managing key aspects of HR administration, including employee benefits and workplace policies. This individual will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top-tier talent across culinary, front-of-house, and operations roles, while also serving as a trusted resource for employees on HR-related matters. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has a strong background in both recruiting and HR operations, and is passionate about fostering an inclusive, positive workplace culture that supports our luxury brand standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage full lifecycle of recruiting for hourly, seasonal, and full-time catering and operations roles
Manage a high volume of requisitions with speed and accuracy
Draft job descriptions and post openings on internal and external job boards
Source candidates through online platforms, referrals, and recruiting events
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate manager interviews
