People Analytics Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY:




This position will play a role in supporting data-driven decision-making and providing valuable insights to the People Business Unit and company Leadership. Your primary focus will be on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR/People data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving processes and initiatives. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful reports and presentations.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL DUTIES:




Collect and analyze HR data from various sources, including HRIS (Nitro), ADP, employee surveys and other relevant systems. Monitor, clean-up and validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop customized reports and analytics to meet their needs. Assist in developing and maintaining HR dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate data and insights to stakeholders. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and drive People Business Unit initiatives. Provide training and guidance to team members on data analysis tools and techniques. Maintain data privacy and confidentiality standards in handling sensitive data. Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES




Must be a self-starter with excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem solving skills and strong quantitative and analytical competency Expertise in building business acumen to drive e?ective collaboration Strong capability to make informed and timely decisions Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Pro?cient with Apple iWork Suite preferred Proficient with Microsoft Excel

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:




High School Diploma or GED Required Bachelors or Masters Degree preferred 2+ years of experience in an analytical role (HR experience or internal / external consulting experience preferred) Proficiency in Tableau is a plus.
