Essential Duties:

Interview patients within 24 hours of admission Provide information and support for patient's family and other significant relationships, with a goal of creating understanding of Substance Use Disorder/Medically Assisted Treatment services, with new knowledge utilized to support the patient post Resident Services or other treatment programs Provide individualized, ongoing guidance, coaching and support Assist the person served increasing social support networks of relatives, friends and/or significant others To offer encouragement in times of crisis and stress to eliminate potential barriers to one's ongoing recovery

Looking for someone with lived recovery experience.

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday

(2:30p - 11:00p)

Start Date: ASAP

Work Location: 333 W Evergreen St., Manteno, IL

Pay Rate: $18.26 per hour

Experience and Skills:

Education and/or Experience:

High School Diploma or GED

required.

A minimum one year of recovery from substance use, mental health, or co-occuring substance use and mental health challenges required.

Certification, Licensure, Registrations:

Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS) or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) from the ICB required within one year of placement in position. A valid driver's license and insurance required.
