Technical Draftsperson

to join our design and showroom team. Our studio specializes in premium, Italian-made cabinetry with sophisticated modular systems, advanced materials, and innovative architectural solutions.

This position is ideal for someone passionate about modern design, precision engineering, and high-end residential projects.

Responsibilities

Produce

accurate technical drawings

, including plans, elevations, sections, and detailed millwork documentation for PEDINI kitchen and closet systems Translate PEDINI modular specifications into job-specific layouts tailored to U.S. site conditions Assist the design team with

layout development, appliance integration, and material/finish selections

Prepare and review

order sheets, codes, component lists, and specification documents

for factory orders in Italy Support the creation of

3D renderings, client presentations, and technical packages

Perform

site measurements, field verifications,

and pre-installation reviews Communicate with installers, contractors, architects, and manufacturers to ensure precise technical execution Maintain organized CAD libraries, digital files, and showroom technical resources

Candidate Qualifications

AAS/BFA in

Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting,

or related technical discipline 1-3 years of experience in

kitchen design, millwork drafting, or technical drafting

preferred Strong proficiency in

AutoCAD

(required); SketchUp, 2020, or similar software a plus Familiarity with

European modular cabinetry systems

strongly preferred Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, measurements, and construction documents Excellent math and spatial reasoning skills Professional demeanor with strong communication and client-interaction skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects concurrently Ability to travel locally for jobsite measurements and installation coordination Italian language skills a plus, but not required

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
