Current valid Michigan LPN/RN License. Experience in pediatric nursing preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Compassionate and patient-focused mindset. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Enthusiasm to learn and adapt to new challenges.
