MD or Foreign Equivalent; Completion of Pediatrics Residency Program; B/C in General Pediatrics; Completion of Pediatric Neurology Fellowship Program; B/E or B/C in Pediatric Neurology; Possess or be Eligible for a Louisiana Medical License.
