Riley Home Group Services, is hiring urgently and looking for dedicated and well rounded REGISTERED NURSES

WEEKEND SHIFT- FRIDAY, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY ( DAYSHIFT - 12 HOURS).

We seek a highly qualified and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team.

This full-time position entails the provision of comprehensive patient care, which includes:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments. Administration of medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitoring patients' progress and response to treatments, making adjustments as necessary. Educating patients and their families about health conditions, and treatment based on plan of care. proficiently managing cases like: Gastrostomy tubes, Oxygen management, Tracheostomy care and Ventilator care etc. effectively collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the optimal well-being of our valued clients. Stay informed about current best practices in home care and workers compensation law.
Qualifications

- Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Texas or; compact license or multistate license.

- Prior experience in home healthcare or similar settings is advantageous.

- New Grads are welcome to apply (on the job training)

- Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare team.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments

- Ability to drive 10-50miles of your radius.
