MD or Foreign Equivalent, Completion of Pediatric Residency Program; B/C in General Pediatrics; Completion of Pediatric Gastroenterology Fellowship; B/E or B/C in Pediatric Gastroenterology; Possess or be eligible for a Louisiana Medical License.
