What You'll Do (Your Day-to-Day)

Canvass neighborhoods hit by hail storms and engage with vehicle owners Book damage inspections, document vehicles using our software, and explain the repair process Guide customers through the insurance claim process step-by-step Build relationships with customers, HOAs, dealerships, apartment managers, and business partners Manage your own pipeline: inspections, authorizations, follow-ups, and delivery communication Represent the Eminent brand with professionalism, accuracy, and integrity Use your phone/tablet to capture photos, add notes, upload documents, and track jobs

Preferred (not required):

Experience in automotive, field sales, canvassing, solar, alarms, door-to-door, or insurance Bilingual (English/Spanish) Previous PDR or hail repair knowledge

Requirements:

Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Must be comfortable working outdoors and in the field daily Professional appearance and a positive attitude
