The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.
Job Summary:
The Independent Living Donor Advocate ILDA is a licensed social worker or registered nurse.
The ILDA is trained to represent and advise the donor, protect and promote the interests of the donor and ensure the donor s decision is informed and free from pressure or coercion.
The ILDA works with living donors in a compassionate, culturally competent, age appropriate manner in order to facilitate access to donation and continuity of care throughout the donation process.
Qualifications:
Required:

• Masters Degree in Social Work from an accredited school or Registered Nurse with Bachelor Science in Nursing from an accredited school
• Certification/licensure as required by NJ state law

Preferred:

• Two years experience in medical social work or nursing, preferably in transplant and/or dialysis setting preferred

• PD
• Days

This position can be remote and/or in person, average per diem hours weekly is 5 to 8 hours
