and Live-ins to provide care for hourly, overnight, and live-in clients.

Summary
As an Experienced PCA Caregiver, you will provide essential support to individuals in need of personal care and assistance throughout Connecticut. Reporting to the Care Team Supervisor, your role will focus on delivering compassionate long-term care, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), and ensuring the comfort and dignity of clients. Your core skills in home and community care, combined with premium expertise in Alzheimer's and memory care, will enhance the quality of life for those you serve. Responsibilities
Provide compassionate personal care and assistance to clients in their homes, including support with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Ensure a safe and clean environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Foster positive relationships with clients and their families, promoting dignity and respect.
Assist clients with mobility and transportation needs as required.
Qualifications
Proven experience in long-term care and home & community care settings
Strong personal care skills, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Knowledge of first aid and CPR
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's, and memory care
Familiarity with resident's rights and senior care practices
Ability to provide compassionate support in a caregiving environment
