Position Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and reliable

Personal Care Aides (PCA), and Caregivers

to provide in-home support to seniors and individuals with disabilities, to include children. You will help clients with daily activities while promoting their independence and well-being in a safe, nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with mobility and transfers Monitor and report changes in client condition Follow care plans and document care provided Maintain client dignity and confidentiality at all times

Requirements:

? PCA Certification (preferred but not required)
? Previous caregiving experience (preferred but not required)
? Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
? Clear background check and drug screening
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? A genuine passion for helping others
