Contacts key personnel after hours as needed. Maintains an operational call log of all activities, requests, and issues. Cultivates accurate knowledge of hospital disaster codes and announces them efficiently according to procedure. Projects a positive and helpful demeanor while working with patients, visitors, physicians, and staff. Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Other duties as assigned.
