The Payroll/Benefits Specialist ensures accurate and timely processing and payment of payroll to all employees. Prepares the required tax filing and report development and generation in accordance with the policies and procedures. Responsible for payroll processing and completion to include: reconciling reports and data, quarterly and year-end taxes, W'2, benefit deductions and garnishments. Tracks, processes and maintains payroll and related withholding and government reports in an accurate and timely manner. Processes and communicates benefit options/changes and ensures compliance is met. Assists with benefit functions, activities and communication. Assists with monthly tracking and billing of benefits.
