Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage multi-jurisdiction payroll accurately and on time.
Maintain payroll systems, records, and compliance standards.
Oversee payroll tax filings, year-end reporting, and audits.
Supervise payroll staff and support employee inquiries.
Reconcile labor hours, deductions, and benefit-related payroll items.
Produce payroll reports and KPI metrics for leadership.
Qualifications:
4+ years of payroll experience; leadership experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, taxes, and GAAP.
Proficiency in payroll/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
Excellent accuracy, communication, and organizational skills.
