Payroll & Human Resources Administrator
to join our growing team. In this role, you will support accurate payroll processing, assist with HR functions, maintain financial and employee records, and provide exceptional customer service. This position is essential to ensure smooth internal operations and a positive experience for both employees and customers.

Job Duties
Payroll & Financial Administration
Assist in processing weekly payroll accurately and on schedule.
Track employee hours, jobsite efficiency, and labor allocations using Asset software
Review construction pay applications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project budgets and contract requirements
Managing certified payroll processes and being in full compliance with Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements for specific jobs.
Human Resources Support
Assist with onboarding new employees, including paperwork, system setup, and orientation
Maintain accurate and confidential employee files including tracking employee certifications, training requirements, and HR documentation
Help ensure company policies are consistently followed and support a positive workplace culture
Customer Service Support
Serve as a friendly, professional first point of contact for customers, vendors, and team members
Maintain joyful and clear written and verbal communication in every interaction
Assist with incoming leads and gather customer information
Job Requirements
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
At least 2 years of payroll experience including at least 1 year of experience with Davis Bacon wages
At least 1 year of Human Resources experience or similar experience
Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but not required
