Privately-held and family-owned business founded in 1990, the company is currently led by Dr. Andrea Brault, President and Chief Executive Officer. The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Practice Management department with payroll processing for our clients. This position requires an extremely detailed oriented person with significant knowledge of payroll administration, including multi-state and federal regulations. Responsibilities: 1. Maintain federal & state withholding as well as state Unemployment Insurance 2. For new hires or transfers to a new state, complete applications for State Tax ID, Workers Comp, Unemployment and local city, county/municipal jurisdictions as required. 3. Processing of 3-5 client payrolls on different payroll cycles. Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of specialized experience with payroll systems and related software programs.
- Multi-state experience required.
- Experience with partnerships and independent contracts.
- Medical practice experience a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
- Ability to understand complex payroll spreadsheet calculations.
- Experience with different payroll systems such as paylocity, vivientium, CBiz.
