Local CPA firm is seeking payroll / account payable clerk & administrative assistant. Candidate needs experience with the following:
Processing payroll
Calculation and filing federal and state payroll tax payments
Accounts payable: processing invoices, managing payments to vendors, reconciling accounts payable transactions
Data entry of client general ledger transactions and spreadsheet management
Administrative duties: greeting clients, answering the phone, and other support services for the team
This position requires detailed oriented person with the ability to communicate professionally with clients and to perform several tasks concurrently.
Strong computer skills including proficient use of Word and Excel are required.
