Pay Range: $16.90 - $25.35

Summary:

The Payments Representative I (PR I) will know how to assist with all frontline and contact center inquiries involving all digital inquiries through the many channels available to our members. Process transactions through Symitar and handle all aspects of inquiries through the multiple channels provided for our members such as the message center through the online banking portal.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for reviewing all ATM vendor-initiated alert emails daily to ensure all Foothill ATMs are functioning properly.
  • Promptly open service tickets through the ATM portal when the branches are unable to clear existing faults.
  • Per frontline requests process General Ledger to General Ledger transactions promptly not exceeding 48 hours.
  • Responsible for assisting and guiding members having problems with online access: Trouble-shoot log-in errors, card controls, access, etc. to minimize member impact.
  • Responsible to review and process the Check return report per established procedures.
  • Responsible for assisting members with card transactions and providing information for card fraud and card disputes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • High school graduate or equivalent plus a minimum of 3 years in a member service-oriented position.
