Position: Pawn Broker/Sales Associate

What You'll Do:

Engage with customers in unique and exciting interactions, from jewelry and electronics to tools, firearms, video games, and more. Creatively post and sell a variety of inventory online. Make personal decisions that shape your day-to-day work experience. Enjoy the variety and opportunity that comes with this dynamic and interesting role.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Willingness to undergo a background check for firearms handling. Open and flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Previous retail or money-handling experience is a plus. Ability to lift 30+ pounds and stand for long periods. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn. Enjoy working with people and collaborating in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Multitasking abilities and adaptability are essential. Bilingual skills are a plus, with potential for higher starting wages.

If you have trained eyes for authenticity, brand details, hardware/stitching differences, and high-end resale value -- this expertise is highly valued here and translates exceptionally well into our environment and may qualify for a higher starting wage.
