Job Summary:
The ideal candidates will be cross-trained and responsible for assisting in all areas of the shop. This includes evaluating, purchasing, pawning, trading and selling a variety of items while fostering a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business.
Responsibilities:
Test and value items brought in by customers to pawn, sell or trade
Provide clear and accurate information regarding loan terms and conditions
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their need and provide tailored solutions
Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about items available for purchase
Manage cash handling transactions efficiently and accurately
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including proper display and pricing
Supervise staff when necessary, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
Accurately process transactions utilizing our POS system
Adhere to all ATF rules and regulations
Are you the right fit?

- Firearm knowledge including product knowledge, cleaning firearms, function testing and repairing firearms, mounting optics, AR-15 builds, etc.
- Jewelry knowledge including testing, cleaning and valuing jewelry
- Sales, customer service or pawn shop experience
- Experience overseeing website updates, social media posts, listing items on Facebook marketplace, Gunbroker, eBay, etc.
