Paving Foreman - Concrete Paving Projects

Based in Lincoln, NE (Travel required)





At CL Construction, we're looking for a Skilled Paving Foreman to help lead our concrete paving crews and deliver high-quality projects across the region. As a Paving Foreman, you'll work closely with the Superintendent to oversee daily operations, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and help your team succeed on every job site.

What You'll Do

Assist the Superintendent in leading concrete paving crews and projects from start to finish.

Understand project scope, manage change orders, and maintain clear customer communication.

Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.

Monitor jobsite activity and hold regular meetings to discuss progress, safety, and next steps.

Promote and enforce jobsite safety practices to minimize risk.

Communicate effectively with field teams, subcontractors, and company leadership.

Review blueprints and assist with material takeoffs and layout coordination.

Maintain productivity, quality, and attention to detail across all paving operations.

What You'll Bring

Proven Concrete Paving experience.

Hands-on experience with concrete paving operations required.

Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize quality and accuracy in the field.

Clear, professional communication and leadership skills.

Ability to train and guide team members effectively.

Experience reading blueprints and coordinating jobsite logistics.

Sound judgment and ability to make quick, reasonable decisions.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
