to join our growing team in New Holland, PA. We build experiences for families worldwide, shipping structures across the nation and even internationally (from England to Korea!). If you're looking for a stable company that invests in its people, read on!

What You'll Do:

As a key member of our Pavilion Production Team, you will play a vital role in transforming quality materials into the essential components of our renowned pavilions. Your responsibilities will include:

Material Preparation:

Selecting appropriate lumber, maximizing yield, and minimizing waste.

Precision Craftsmanship:

Accurately cutting and preparing materials according to engineered drawings, patterns, and specifications using hand and power tools.

Quality Focus:

Ensuring all components meet our high standards for quality and structural integrity.

Efficiency & Safety:

Operating equipment safely (including pneumatic nailers) and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

What You Bring:

A positive, professional attitude and a results-driven mindset. Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced production environment. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a 1 team. Willingness to learn new skills and processes. Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, lowering, pushing, and pulling up to 100 lbs.

Highly Desired (But Not Required to Apply):

Previous experience in woodworking, construction, or a related manufacturing field. Experience operating forklifts (We provide training and certification!). Familiarity with reading blueprints or technical drawings.
