We are seeking a Roadway Striping Technician to operate various pavement marking equipment for long-line striping on roads and highways. The ideal candidate will be skilled in layout work, with the ability to read and interpret roadway striping plans and specifications. Responsibilities include loading/unloading equipment, ensuring safety equipment is maintained, and assisting with traffic control device setup for lane closures. You'll prepare surfaces for striping, clean roads, and apply markings according to precise specifications. In this role, you will be responsible for applying traffic markings, such as lines, arrows, and symbols, to roadways, parking lots, and other surfaces.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and operate longliners/ waterblaster. Measure and layout striping patterns according to specifications. Ensure proper safety procedures are followed at all times. Maintain and clean equipment. Assist with other construction tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

(Highly Preferred) Experience in road striping preferred. Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy equipment. Mechanical aptitude and ability to represent the company professionally. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to work in all weather conditions. Ability to work in hot, cold, dusty, and noisy environments.

Additional Information:

Full-time position. Travel required (100%); per diem and hotel accommodations are provided. Must pass a background check.
