Pattonville School District Support Staff - Evening Custodial Lead - Bridgeway Elementary School - 2025-2026



The responsibilties of the Evening Custodial Lead will be added to the existing custodial responsibilities.

Pay Grade: M120

+ $17.90 - $27.24 per hour
+ Pay rate is determined by years of experience

Job Summary:

The evening custodial lead will be responsible, but not limited to the following:
+ Serve as the contact person for all evening and night activities in the school.
+ Ensure that all equipment related to evening and night activities is properly set up and broken down.
+ Ensure that all exterior doors are securely shut when the building is closed.
+ Arm the building alarm system at the conclusion of the shift.
+ Ensure all evening and night custodial related work is effectively competed and address areas of deficiency.
+ Regularly communicate with the custodial supervisor regarding the status of work orders, custodial related concerns, and ensure that action is taken to resolve concerns.
+ Provide information to the building supervisor that will contribute to the custodial evaluation process.
+ Oversee floor care and and floor related cleaning schedules.
+ Orientate substitute custodians regarding their work responsibilities and provide ongoing technical support and direction for the custodians.
+ Manage inventory and order building supplies
+ Make reccomendations for disciplinary action to district supervisor
+ Other duties as assigned
