As a

Pattern Production Technician

, you'll be at the heart of the investment-casting process--creating high-quality wax patterns and assemblies that enable our customers' most advanced manufacturing needs. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role where you'll work with both manual and automated equipment, learn specialized techniques, and contribute directly to our production success.

Qualifications:

Ability to read and understand safety rules, work instructions, and procedure manuals Strong communication skills and the ability to work with team members across departments Solid basic math skills (fractions, decimals, whole numbers) Moderate computer proficiency Valid driver's license A methodical, problem-solving mindset Ability to work independently and ask for guidance when needed Commitment to quality, efficiency, and waste reduction



Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

Operate manual and automated wax injection and assembly equipment efficiently and safely Perform manual wax assembly and repair wax patterns/assemblies to meet quality standards Set up and change over tooling for new jobs, including adjusting or creating injection recipes Inspect wax patterns, identify defects, and fine-tune processes to improve performance Package, prepare, and ship products with accuracy and attention to detail Deliver production orders to customers using a company box truck Maintain a clean, organized workspace that supports our LEAN culture Follow all safety, PPE, and quality control procedures Participate in daily LEAN meetings and continuous improvement initiatives Support team operations and perform additional duties as assigned Occasional transport of finished products to customers using MPI Box Truck.
