We are an expanding OB/GYN office in Las Vegas seeking an experienced

Medical Receptionist

to join our team. This is not an entry-level position -

medical office experience is required

.

Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients, collect co-pays, and verify insurance in eClinicalWorks (ECW) Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries Maintain an organized and clean front office and waiting room Review and update patient charts and documentation Assist with new patient registration, both paper and online Prepare for daily appointments and review referrals/authorizations Perform opening/closing procedures and general administrative tasks

Qualifications

1+ year experience in a medical office

(OB/GYN preferred)

Proficiency in eClinicalWorks (ECW)

- Required Experience with insurance verification and authorizations - Preferred Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Must be able to commute or relocate to Las Vegas, NV 89117
