What We're Looking For:




Compassionate communicator with a patient-first mindset

Skilled multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments

Proven experience in a call center or customer service role

Prior experience in a healthcare or medical call center setting (preferred)

No formal education requirement

Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures

Basic computer skills and proficiency in relevant software applications

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to convey complex medical information clearly

Demonstrated ability to handle high call volume efficiently and accurately

Empathetic and patient-focused approach

Maintains confidentiality and complies with HIPAA regulations

Experience with Epic electronic medical records system (preferred)

Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)

What You Will Do:





Serve as a compassionate and responsive first point of contact for patients and healthcare stakeholders by answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless and caring experience.


Respond to calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and empathy

Handle inbound and outbound communications with a patient-centric approach

Provide timely and accurate information on services, appointments, and general inquiries

Assist patients with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations

Collaborate with clinical care teams to relay patient concerns

Maintain accurate, confidential records and document interactions in real time

Route inquiries to the appropriate departments (e.g., billing, records)

Follow established protocols and maintain compliance with data privacy and safety regulations

Continuously update knowledge of healthcare services and policies to provide informed support

Perform all other duties as assigned
