We're seeking a high-performing
Patient Services Coordinator
to serve as the face and operational lead of our new Trussville clinic. This is not your average front desk role--it's a unique mix of patient care coordination, front office operations, scheduling, and consultative support.
You'll work directly with our medical team and leadership to ensure patients have an exceptional experience from first call to follow-up visit. If you're detail-oriented, growth-minded, and passionate about healthcare, this is your opportunity to step into a key role with the potential for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for patients--warmly greet, check-in/check-out, and provide ongoing support
Manage daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling, lead follow-up, and payment processing
Collaborate with the Clinic Director and Medical Assistant to optimize patient flow and service delivery
Track and manage census, assist with patient outreach, and support treatment plan adherence
Contribute to a team culture of professionalism, efficiency, and positivity
What We're Looking For:
Prior experience in a patient-facing healthcare, wellness, or concierge medical environment
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to take ownership of the front office
Tech-savvy and comfortable using EMRs or CRM systems
Passionate about patient care and personal development
Preferred but not required:
Medical Assistant certification or healthcare operations experience
Interest in men's health, wellness, or aesthetics
