About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated

Patient Service Technician (Local Delivery Driver)

to join our team in High Point, NC. This temporary, full-time position plays an important role in helping patients receive the medical equipment they need to live more comfortably and independently at home.

You'll deliver and set up respiratory and durable medical equipment, educate patients and caregivers on safe usage, and ensure all items are in excellent working order.

Key Responsibilities

Drive local routes to deliver, install, and demonstrate medical equipment for patients. Provide clear instructions and support to patients and families regarding proper equipment use and maintenance. Maintain and clean assigned company vehicle and ensure safety standards are met. Complete delivery logs and reports accurately and promptly. Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment for reliability and safety. Participate in on-call rotations to respond to urgent patient needs (schedule provided in advance).

Qualifications

Education:

High school diploma or GED required.

Experience:

Previous experience in home delivery, installation, or medical equipment setup preferred (e.g., furniture delivery, cable or home service installations).

Licensure:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Skills:

Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to lift and carry up to 65 lbs Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
