For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants. This bonus will be prorated for part-time positions. Please note this bonus is not available for per-diem positions. Patient Service Representative - Wound Care

Location:

121 Medical Center Drive, Brunswick

Schedule:

16 hours per week; ideally four 4-hour shifts, but open to discussing other options. Consistent or rotating schedules can be accommodated.

Remote Flexibility:

None - this is an on-site role.



About the Role




MaineHealth's Wound Care department is seeking a Patient Service Representative to support our busy clinical team. This role is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional patient experiences. You'll assist with appointment scheduling, ordering supplies, coordinating home supply orders for patients, and stepping in wherever support is needed.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)



Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. License/Certifications: N/A Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.
