Position Summary

Practice patient service rep. proactively ensures an exceptional experience for patients when greeting, checking in, and checking out during their appointment; answers incoming phone calls, responds to general patient requests, takes telephone messages and schedules patient appointments.

Position Requirements

Education and Previous Experience*
High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.

Hardware/Software Experience*
Practice management/medical billing computer programs. Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word and Excel)

Other Characteristics*
Excellent oral/written communication skills Excellent organizational skills Detailed oriented Ability to set priorities, document conversations and specific actions taken and develop applicable policies and procedures (e.g., regarding collections) Flexible; able to adapt to change Bilingual (Spanish) capabilities a plus

Schedule: Full-time, First shift with one evening per week and rotating Saturdays, 40
