What You'll Do
As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience. Responsibilities include:Greeting, instructing, and directing patients and visitors
Scheduling appointments and managing physician calendars
Performing clerical duties for physicians and clinic staff
Retrieving insurance and patient information
Providing necessary forms and securing signatures
Entering patient data into the system
Answering incoming calls and dispatching messages
Coordinating follow-up appointments and patient account functions
Establishing payment plans and collecting payments
Qualifications
Education
: High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience
: One year of experience in a medical office setting preferred
