Job Description

Position Summary




The Patient Service Representative supports the organization by disseminating information regarding Nathan Adelson Hospice and building relationships with healthcare providers that result in the overall attainment of targeted number of patient admissions as outlined in the organizational goals. Actively supports and promotes the hospice's vision, mission and overall philosophy.

Available Shifts:



Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:30pm (will be based in Pahrump with training in the Las Vegas area)

Education and Experience:



High School diploma or GED equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nursing, Education preferred. Minimum of one (1) year experience in a customer service, sales or marketing capacity. Hospice and/or home health experience preferred. Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and electronic medical records.

Required Licensure and Certification:



* Must also be a licensed Nevada State driver and possess an automobile that is insured in accordance with Nevada state and/or organizational requirements and is in good working order. Must maintain a clean driving record.
