We are looking for a Patient Service Representative (PSR) to be the first friendly face our patients see at our Dental office. Located at 650 N. Nellis blvd., our modern practice is built on high-quality care, a warm patient experience, and a strong sense of team.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out processes Schedule and confirm appointments Verify insurance and assist with billing inquiries Answer phone calls and respond to patient questions Maintain accurate patient records Support clinical staff as needed to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a dental or healthcare front office Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Experience with dental or medical software is a plus (training available) Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused mindset
