Patient Service Representative Float Position Summary

The Float Patient Service Representative provides clerical support for the TidalHealth physician office (coordinate communications, register and greet patients and maintain financial information) under the direct supervision of the office supervisor.

This Float Position is assigned to the Eastern Region (Salisbury, Crisfield, Pocomoke, Snow Hill).

Three (3) years clerical/administrative experience is preferred. Experience in a healthcare setting and medical terminology preferred. Experience working with Microsoft Office computer programs, practice management systems and spreadsheets preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. Work hours are varied based on location and scheduling needs.

Salary range: $16.26 -
$21.96 Commensurate with experience
