Patient Service Representatives for our

Lenoir City

location, who must be a team player and comfortable working in a fast-pace urgent care environment.

A successful candidate will be expected to perform the following duties but not limited to:Greet patients and assist with patient requests upon arrival to clinic Obtain and record demographic, insurance and financial information Collect co-pay, co-insurances and past due balances Verify insurance eligibility and ability to relay relevant information on payment policies. Answer multi-line telephone, relay patient messages to clinical team members

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

Flexible Schedule:

36-hour work week scheduled between 3 shifts per week, with option for overtime pay (1.5 x hour)

Hours:

12-hour weekday shift, 9AM-9PM & 9-hour weekend shift, 9AM-6PM

Shift Differential

: Up to $2.00 per hour

SALARY DESCRIPTION:

$16.00/hr -$18.00/hr Dependent on experience and certifications

12-hour/9-hour shifts, including ability to work weekends (no overnights) Reliable transportation Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Outstanding customer service skills

Education/Experience:

Requirement of GED or High School Diploma 1+ year experience in healthcare facility (medical office, urgent care, ED) is preferred
