Higher-level educational institutions include private Berry College and Shorter University, and the public Georgia Northwestern Technical College and Georgia Highlands College. Largest city near the center of the triangular area defined by the Interstate highways between Atlanta, GA, Birmingham, AL, and Chattanooga, TN.

The role you'll contribute

Responsible for assisting with specific duties and activities of daily living under the supervision of a professional nurse. This position provides care to age-specific groups as identified in the position responsibilities. This role adheres to institutional policies and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. In addition, this position actively participates in outstanding customer service and maintains respectful relationships with patients, families, and team members.

Assists in the delivery of patient care by performing tasks under the direction of a licensed nurse. Accurately performs vital signs and documents in the electronic medical record Documents and reports all procedures accurately and in accordance with department policy. Perform duties and patient care according to policy and procedure. Functions appropriately within scope in clinical emergencies
Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed

High School Grad or Equivalent Required Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) Required
