Overview:
Overlook Medical Center, a member of Atlantic Health System, is seeking a Full-Time Patient Experience Liaison to join the Patient Experience Department to work weekdays from 12:00pm-8:00pm. Responsibilities:
Essential Job Functions:
- Round on patients to provide non-clinical services which improve the patient and family experience.
- Serve as a role model for optimal customer service behaviors.
- Assist with lobby operations as needed by the department.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate\xe2\x80\x99s or Bachelor\'s degree preferred.
- To provide a safe environment to our patients, we require that all candidates must be able to read, write and speak English.
Relevant Experience:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
