To be successful in this role, you need a positive attitude and a willingness to help, an ability to be flexible, focused, calm, and friendly in a fast paced and ever-changing environment. You will be someone who can be easily trained in a variety of duties, an ability to see where/what things you can do to be useful without being directly told, you will have an attention to detail, exceptional customer service skills, and decision-making skills that are in the best interest of both our patients and our pratice. Experience in a health care setting, understanding of insurances, or experience as a receptionist in a professional setting is preferred but not required.
