Patient Experience Coordinator

to join our growing team in Mt. Juliet, TN. This role is perfect for someone who is friendly, outgoing, and passionate about exceptional customer service. Dental experience is not required--we will train the right person.

About the Role

The Patient Experience Coordinator is the

first impression

of our practice. You will greet patients, guide them through their visit, and help make every appointment feel comfortable, professional, and 5-star. This position is focused on

hospitality

, not clinical work.

Key Responsibilities

Greet patients with warmth and professionalism Ensure patients feel welcomed, informed, and cared for Guide patients through check-in and available amenities Maintain a positive flow and atmosphere in the reception area Answer incoming calls as needed and convert inquiries into scheduled appointments Support the front desk team with light administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

Outgoing, friendly, polished personality Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable interacting with patients and creating a positive experience Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, retail leadership, or administrative roles (preferred but not required)
