Position Overview



As a Patient Coordinator with our weight loss company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our patients on their journey to improved health and wellbeing. You will work closely with our healthcare providers to provide exceptional patient care, assist with medical procedures, and perform various administrative tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients and contribute to the success of our innovative weight loss programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide an exceptional patient experience by greeting patients warmly, managing check-in/check-out, answering phones, texts, and emails, and maintaining a welcoming, professional atmosphere. Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments while performing post-treatment and follow-up communications. Maintain strict patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Obtain accurate patient measurements (weight, circumference, BMI when applicable) and capture standardized before-and-after clinical photographs. Prepare, sanitize, and organize treatment rooms before and after appointments. Act as a chaperone during patient evaluations and assist providers during consultations and treatments as needed. Accurately enter, update, and maintain patient records in the EMR system, including visit notes, measurements, photos, and treatment plans per protocol. Process payments, collect balances, and explain treatment packages, memberships, and promotions. Set up, operate, and support non-invasive aesthetic and wellness treatments using BTL technologies, including Emsculpt Neo, Emsella, EMFACE, EXION, EXION Clear, and EXOMIND. Educate patients on treatment expectations, scheduling, and aftercare within scope of training.
Required Qualifications:

Experience in a medical office, med spa, or aesthetics clinic preferred Comfortable in a clinical environment with direct patient interaction Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional demeanor, discretion, and empathy Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn EMR systems.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in medical aesthetics, body contouring, or wellness clinics Familiarity with BTL devices (or willingness to be trained) Experience taking clinical photos and patient measurements Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Compensation:

The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.

The posted hourly range for this position takes into account various factors, including the candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations. Additionally, the salary offered within this range may be subject to a geographic adjustment, based on a specific city and state, and depending on the role. This adjustment would occur if authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.

Schedule:

Monday: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
Tuesday: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
Wednesday: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
Thursday: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Friday: No Work/Clinic Closed

Work Setting:

This position requires on-site presence at the clinic.
