What You'll Do

You'll be the heartbeat of our office -- the connection point between patients, doctors, and the mission.

Greet every patient by name and create an unforgettable first impression Coordinate patient schedules and manage high-energy office flow Assist doctors with patient care and documentation Collect payments and maintain financial accuracy Verify insurance benefits and manage patient accounts Keep the office running clean, organized, and on point Teach patients about true health and the power of chiropractic care Represent our mission with clarity and enthusiasm at every touchpoint

Mon:

7:00 AM - 12:30 PM; 2:15 PM - 6:30 PM

Tue:

1:00 PM - 6:30 PM

Wed-Thu:

7:00 AM - 12:30 PM; 2:15 PM - 6:30 PM

Fri:

7:00 AM - 12:30 PM

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary: $42,000 - $52,000 Health, dental, vision insurance 401(k) with company match PTO + employee discounts Growth path within the organization
